Details
To ensure consistent quantity and quality, our firewood is stored off the ground on individual pallets. It is uniformly cut by a processor to 16 inches ±½ inch, which promotes easy handling,storage and fitment in the majority of fireplaces and stoves.
The amount of firewood on each pallet equates to a single row stack of logs that will fill a standard 4 ft. x 8 ft. wood rack. Fine split kindling is also available by the bag.
Payment is due on delivery, and cash is appreciated.
Stacking
Stacking services are available. Fees are weather and location-dependent. Since the stacker and truck driver travel separately, separate payment is required.
In most cases, stacking will take place on the day of delivery. In some cases, there may be a 24-hour delay.
To reduce your cost, customers are highly encouraged to provide firewood storage racks located as close as possible to where the wood is delivered. These racks are not expensive and are readily available at local hardware stores, big-box retailers, and online. We recommend a 4"x8" rack.
